The truth hurts. Do you really want to know it?

 

The theme of this exhibition “Absolute Truth” is from the Japanese phrase “真っ赤な嘘”. Coincidentally, there is also a phrase with similar meaning in Korean. The final version of the title is a literal translation, which means ‘absolute truth’ is a coined phrase in Chinese.

 

The truth is objective but also cruel. Therefore, it explains why sometimes we tell white lies. Are you sure you want to know the “ABSOLUTE (RED) TRUTH”?
